These terms cover eotm.fun, tidewatch.eotm.fun and anything else EOTM Labs publishes (together, "the sites"). By using the sites you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites.

Who may use the sites

You may use the sites only if you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher), you are not located in or a resident of a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, you are not on a sanctions list, and using the sites is lawful where you are. When you first visit, we ask you to confirm this and to accept these terms; your answer is remembered in your browser, and we count acceptances anonymously, together with the version of these terms. This confirmation is a self-declaration, not identity or age verification.

Experimental software, provided as is

Everything EOTM Labs builds is experimental. The sites, our research, our code and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose, availability or security. Features, rules, timings and plans may change, pause or stop at any time, before or after launch.

No advice, no offer

Nothing on the sites is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. There are no promises, no guarantees and no expectation of profit. Past data, including TideWatch, does not predict future results.

Risk

Crypto assets are risky and largely unregulated. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and immutable code cannot be fixed. Blockchains, wallets, oracles and stablecoins can fail. You can lose everything you put in. Only take part with what you can afford to lose.

Contributions

A contribution to EOTM Labs is a voluntary gift. It does not buy a token, share, profit, refund, vote or any other right, and it is not tax-deductible. Blockchain transactions are final. EOTM Labs decides how contributions are used, and may decline or return funds from sanctioned or unlawful sources. A backer card is a thank-you with no monetary value.

Volunteering and community rewards

Volunteering is not employment, a contract for services, or an investment. Any community reward programme, such as the Builders' Pool, is described on its page, depends on the product launching and earning, may be small or nothing, and may be changed, paused or cancelled by EOTM Labs before its cutoff. EOTM Labs decides who qualifies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including sanctions and tax rules, and for keeping your own wallets and keys safe. Don't use the sites if doing so is unlawful where you are. Don't attack, overload, scrape at scale or misuse the sites.

Sponsorships

We may show clearly labelled sponsorships or support messages on the sites. Sponsors do not influence our research, data or conclusions, and a sponsorship is not an endorsement or advice.

Third-party data and links

TideWatch and our other research use data from third parties, credited where it is shown. That data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and those providers do not endorse us. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for them.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EOTM Labs and the people who contribute to it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the sites, our research or our software, including lost funds, profits or data.

Content

Unless marked otherwise, text, research and designs on the sites belong to EOTM Labs. You may quote and share them with credit and a link. Third-party material belongs to its owners.
